During busy seasons, product launches, holidays, or high-volume sales, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed and shipped, not from the date the order was placed.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
Savage Beauty Hockey Nation is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees to have the order resent.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Savage Beauty Hockey Nation is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package is marked delivered but you have not received it, we recommend checking with neighbors, your local post office, or the shipping carrier directly.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will do our best to make it right.
