Lightin' Lamps Since 1891

Long before the spotlight, we were already playing.
In frozen rinks across Canada, women were lacing up, competing, and scoring—decades before the game got the recognition it deserved.

From early games in Ottawa to skates at Rideau Hall with the daughters of Lord Stanley, the foundation was built with grit, not permission.

This design is a tribute to that legacy.

Because women’s hockey didn’t just arrive—
it’s been lighting lamps since 1891.
